Remarks on Taiwan by Mr.Abe, in YouTube

In today's newspaper, Sankei-Shinbun has appeared an article written by senior editor Abiru Rui, titled “Remarks on Taiwan by Japan’s former Prime Minister Shinzō Abe received worldwide attention”. The article revealed Abe put forth his remarks in a program on the Australian website Sidney Dialogue.

The major part of his remarks is already well known to us Japanese, cause many times we heard them a couple of times through Japanese media. However, this Australian program has worth to listen.

Day three of the The Sydney Dialogue concluded with a keynote address from Japan’s former Prime Minister, Shinzō Abe. The Dialogue’s host and STEM journalist, Rae Johnston, provided a short introduction, followed by an introduction from Australia’s former Prime Minister John Howard OM OAC. The Sydney Dialogue is a world-first annual summit on technology policy. The 2021 Dialogue was hosted virtually and convened political, business, government and tech leaders with the world’s best strategic thinkers to debate, generate new ideas, and work towards common understandings of the opportunities and challenges posed by emerging and critical technologies.
